Tammi Risper, Founder & CEO

Tammi Risper is a visionary entrepreneur, faith-driven leader, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. As the founder and CEO of Soul Billboard, Tammi embodies resilience, determination, and passion. Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Tammi's early life was marked by adversity. Her family struggled with poverty, often relying on homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Yet, Tammi's unwavering faith and inner strength propelled her forward. With a calling to create and inspire, Tammi began crafting and selling products in 1999. However, it wasn't until 2014, after being diagnosed with stomach cancer, that she felt an urgent purpose to establish Soul Billboard. "I knew God had destined me for more," Tammi reflects. "My goal is to leave a legacy of whole life prosperity – spiritually, financially, and emotionally – for my family."
